At Apis Counseling and Wellness, we aim to individualize your psychotherapy treatment so that you feel completely supported. Currently, we offer individual, couple, and family outpatient psychotherapy treatment for clients ages 10+. All outpatient psychotherapy services provided are evidence-based, backed by years of higher education, research, maintenance of best-practices, and continuing education. You can feel confident knowing you are receiving appropriate care within our scope of practice utilizing the most up-to-date psychotherapeutic modalities.

Therapeutic approaches offered include Narrative Therapy, DBT, CBT, Psycho-education, Trauma-Informed interventions, Mindfulness, Expressive Therapies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and other evidence-based practices.
